Friendly guy who took up the decking and laid some very nice Indian sandstone slabs in its place. Also took down and disposed of a large outdoor cat pen. Slow going, as was held up by 2 weeks off for his bad leg and a family emergency. It took 5 weeks and completion was a bit rushed.

DO NOT USE! Did not order enough slabs, was 2 short. We had to order the 2 slabs ourselves at an extra cost of £100.00 due to them not being available locally. Jordan agreed to come back and lay the slabs so we ordered the 2 after he agreed to this. He postponed coming back around 4 times and then on the last day he advised he would be with us ignored all our calls and messages. So the patio is incomplete and he has taken full payment, caused us to pay for additional slabs. Really unhappy with the service we were nothing but respectful and understanding of any issues. Treated him well making sure he had enough water and made him lunch everyday, he seemed nice so we did not see a problem paying the full amount while we waited for the extra slabs to arrive. I would not recommend at all as he is not reliable and has messed us around, caused us to pay extra money and we still have to fund someone to come and finish the work.
