Concrete Base for Summer House
Chris gave me an initial quote for a shed base, log cabin base and and extensive patio of 34sqm. The quote was fair and I liked Chris from the start - straight forward, honest, firm price etc. Due to adverse weather the job was put back a week, but Chris phoned to advise up front and it suited us ultimately. He came in with his workers inc. Connor and Sammy primarily, and did a clean and tidy job. During the course of works we decided to extend the patio due to a slight misunderstanding of what was required, and with additional discussion the patio extended to in excess of 60m. Chris agreed a price, accommodated the works and got the job done. We are very happy with the job he has done for us. The porcelain tiles he recommended look superb, well laid and the finish is great. There were a couple of things that needed sorting after he left site primarily as the extended works put him behind on other jobs quoted, but we kept the lines of communication open and everything was completed as stated. Chris is a man of his word and in my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Nice people, fair pricing, do what they say they will do and everything is taken in his stride. Highly recommended.
