Tom responded very quickly and completed my job same day as a serious leak on a bedroom radiator which had caused a bit of damage and needed replacing pronto! Flexible with appointment timing and did a surperb neat job even though previous radiator was a smaller size as very old. Will be using Tom for future work that needs to be done. Full of useful advice and very personable. Would highly recommend - excellent price also! Thanks Tom rad looks great!
