Hi! I'm a joiner/handyman local to Ashbourne in Derbyshire. Happy to consider projects anywhere round Derbyshire. I've been trading since late 2019, I specialise in working with reclaimed/salvaged materials but take on projects of all kinds. No project is too big or small! Deck Repair and Prep for Staining
Michael was very punctual and conscientious in his work. He worked solidly throughout the day without a real break to clear my deck and apply new stain. He also cleaned up everything after, leaving all tidy. Have even asked him to quote another job he was that good!

Assemble and Treat Large Apex Shed
We're really pleased we went with The Artisan Handyman for our shed build and treatment. Mike picked up the job at late notice and was responsive on email in the days leading up to the work. On the day, he worked very efficiently, completing a full build of a 10'x6' shed including sealing the windows, felting the roof, and doing two coats of preserver, all in less than 5 hours. Extra care was taken in felting the roof and treating certain components to ensure long life, and he also swapped out the provided materials for ones from his own stores where he felt that these were better suited to the task. He also provided tips for ongoing care. If you're looking for a friendly guy who is passionate and knowledgeable about his craft and delivers quality work with minimal fuss, look no further.

Repair Loose Attic Staircase Treads

Assemble and Remove Medium Shed
Needed the dismantling and disposal of old wooden shed and the erection of a plastic shed. Very quick turn around from quotation to completion. The job was completed to an excellent standard, would highly recommend.
