It took longer than expected, but the work was done to a high standard by friendly and efficient people.
Fix Banging Pipes and Leaky Tap
Company replied to my message and clearly stated they would visit me the following day. On that day I should have been at work in the office but I arranged to work remotely. I waited in and my appointed time was delayed several times during the day. I was contacted at the end of the day and told they were unable to visit me after all. They had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to rearrange my appointment. Obviously, I did not. Such a waste of my time and hugely annoying.
Radiator
Dennis from DNA was finally chosen and did an excellent job. His quote was fair and knows a lot about central heating and boiler. He installed my radiators within a reasonable time. I will definitely recommend him as he knows his trade very well. I'm extremely happy.

Denis and his assiant, Orlando, were amazing. Prompt, polite, informative and finished in such a short amount of time. So difficult to find a reliable and genuine plumber sometimes but feel very happy to recommend these guys.
