I have a blue cscs card/ NVQ2.
Site management qualification in SMSTS.
I work all over London and further if needs be.
In the last few years I've been working more in repairs and maintenance, chimneys and garden walls.
I also do a lot of repointing work.

Repair Brick Wall Pier
I am very pleased with the repair of my wall by Tyrone. He took great care with finding the right coloured bricks and even took away the old bricks. The wall now looks so much better.
Repair Broken Compound Wall
TT’s Home Improvements Services responded to my advert and agreed to repair my compound wall, which had been damaged, by laying new bricks. Once the work was completed, I immediately raised concerns that the new bricks felt loose and there were still visible cracks. I was told that this was normal and that the mortar would need 48 hours to fully set. Based on this reassurance, I made full payment. After waiting 48 hours, I checked the wall again and found that the newly laid bricks were still loose and had not been properly secured. I contacted the company, who asked me to send videos of the issue. After reviewing them, I was shocked to be told that they believed I had disturbed the wall myself and that the problem was my fault. I explained that this was completely unacceptable and requested that they return to rectify the work. I was promised a call back within an hour, but I never received one. When I tried calling, there was no answer. I later received a text message saying they were looking into the issue and were waiting to hear back from their technical team. Three days passed with no update, despite my attempts to contact them. Eventually, I received another text message telling me that I would have to find another bricklayer to fix their work. I have now submitted a complaint through MyJobQuote, who are investigating the matter. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of customer service. My compound wall is still loose, which is a serious safety hazard, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
