Sykesdevelopments is a family owned and operated company that prides ourself in being on budget and on time with all our services.
We always make sure that our work is carried out to the highest standards and we take our customer satisfaction as our number one goal.
With our work force we have over twenty years experience in the driveway instalment business. We have many happy customers throughout the region of Northamptonshire and the Midlands and are looking forward to expanding our business with my builder which we are new to recently.

Gravel/Chippings
Gravel Driveway:They arrived when they said they would and got the job done quickly so there was little inconvenience. However, I would also add that out of 3 tradesmen,Marko demonstrated the highest level of structural understanding/ competence and I wasn’t disappointed with the result.
Brick/Block Paving
Mark (the owner) provided me with a very good quote and I e.mailed him to start the job which he did the very next day. The two guys who actually did the total job ( Anthony) and (Pavel) were first class guys and exceptional workers and did a tremendous job. I was "over the moon " with the result and would recommend Mark Sykes Construction to anyone who is looking for a great job well done and at a very reasonable price. Mark also did me a great favor (free) by taking the slabs removed from my drive over to my daughter who wanted them to make a base for her summer house and her shed having just moved into a new house. What a gent.
