Repair & Adjust Block Paving Steps
Swift contractors completed a job on my block paved driveway but reduced the price a bit as they were not going to level the paving . They mainly repaired 3 steps and did some moss removal and sprayed with hypochlorite. It appeared ok but we couldn’t walk on the steps to allow the cement to set. When we did eventually walk on the steps, the edge bricks appeared to move . I texted the firm, sent photos and … nothing. The next day I realised at least 4 of the edging bricks on one step were actually loose. I sent a video showing this and requested they repair this. It’s a safety hazard as well as looking bad. And …. no response again. I paid what appeared reasonable but actually in view of the problems i think was very excessive. I would not recommend this firm.

swift contractors ltdupon completion of this job, we asked the owner not to stand on the bricks as we asked her to come out and have a look she stood on the bricks and also her grandson came out of the property and also stood on the bricks because of this they are not set correctly however we did go back to the property and rectify the bricks that had not bonded correctly due to being stepped on which this customer had failed to mention that we did go back and rectify the work
