Reliable service and great flexibility Justin and his team were very easy to deal with and showed a great attitude throughout. They shuffled their schedule to accommodate me, turned up as promised, and happily took on extra tasks on the day. The property was in a tough, grimy condition to start with, but they stuck at it and left it 100x better than they found it. Really appreciated their flexibility and hard work on a difficult job.

There was a misunderstanding with Justin, who does not want to acknowledge that he didn’t complete the full job we had agreed on for the quoted price. I offered to pay extra for him to come back and finish it. However, the part of the job that he did complete was carried out to a good standard, and I was happy with that work
