I had to change the aspect of the job due to budget but adequate notice was given and lots of discussion on WhatsApp was sent about what i wanted. so the final garden project only included the sleepers raised beds and securing some loose fence which is a days work. I found that Steve time keeping wasnt the best . Overall job took too long , tradesmen had to source certain supplies which added extra time to the job and this materials should have been purchased prior to starting the job. Lots of time wasted just sitting in van. Sleepers were not straight and and lots of excuse were made. Overall I am slightly disappointed with the work.
