Provided a ridiculous quote with an inflated price which did not even come close to others. Quite sad really.

Had a visit from Kevin within a couple of hours of the job being posted. He gave me a price for the job which I accepted and said he'd be in touch to complete the job. He phoned next day, arrived within the hour and completed the job which was great.
