Dear Sir / Madam
Working for various agents across all areas of London for the last 8 years as a plumbing engineer, I have vast experience in planned and reactive plumbing and drainage works.
A time served plumber I aim for a first fix approach on all appointments, if this is not possible a detailed quote would be provided on works required along with accompanying job detail and photos. Be it a leaky tap, a leak to a flat below, a blockage, or a replacement bathroom or refurbishment we have it all covered.
Confident liaising with tenants over appointments and access arrangements, explaining in detail to landlords the works and what is required. I have no hesitations in providing constant communications and keeping detail within remits permitted by either yourself or the landlord.
(Tenant not to be told, cheapest option, temp fix etc.)
Along with basic terms, I can also offer a 24 hour emergency call out service. I do have the relevant insurances in place for all works undertaken.

Mohammed was very effective in locating the leak after opening ceiling and walls and managed to seal off the leak from the broken shower valve until such time that we engage replacement and repair works

The job was complete quickly and efficiently and I am happy with the standard of work, politeness and tidiness. The price increased a lot over and above the quote, partly as a part was required and had to be collected, but also, VAT was not included in the quoted price. Ensure your quote includes VAT I would definitely use this company again though.
