Paint Utility Room Walls and Door
Very unsatisfactory. The quote was reasonable and he was free to do the work when I wanted it done so I booked him. His timekeeping was very poor and work very bad. Emulsion paint does not go straight on top of gloss! Put up the waterproof panels wrong - cut short. The mess he made was totally unacceptable. Said he could repair a small leak in my roof which I thought he had done, so I paid him for that, roof still leaks!
Stiff Property MaintenanceYou know full well these statements are rubbish. Firstly, You did not pay for the roof repair and re plastering at all, all of which came out of my pocket from pure kindness! Then, you decided you didn't like "the shade of white" of the panels! Absolute joke! And they weren't cut short, I made a mistake on one of the panels and had another to replace it, this happens, and is accounted for before i even start. Furthermore, after I bent over backwards to help you, paid money out of my own pocket, which you haven't given back, even after me asking you numerous times and you just ignoring me, you then have the audacity to leave a negative review about me?! Amazing!
