Quick to reply from advert from Steve,& Arron arrived promptly to my address, he was efficient and quick to locate problem & rectified the issue plus respectible of property. I would have scored 5 as l asked Steve how much the cost would be & he said he would need to see the job, & didn't mention that there would be a £35+ vat charge to plug in the test equipment to diagnose the fault which is fair enough, but l just wish I'd been made aware of this before when l asked during his phone call & been transparent upfront, otherwise a job well done thank you.
