Regular Lawn Mowing and Garden Maintenance
I do not recommend this gardener. I have dealt with him several times, and not once did he arrive at the time he had arranged himself. He has absolutely no respect for other people's time. I had to organise my entire schedule around his visits, only for him to disappear for hours or even days without any notice. He never lets you know in advance if he is running late or if he is not coming at all. If you only need your lawn mowed, the work itself is fine. However, if you need hedges, shrubs or any larger gardening work done, be prepared to spend hours cleaning up after him. He leaves an enormous amount of mess behind, and you will end up doing a significant amount of physical work just to get your garden back into a presentable condition. The final experience was unacceptable. At the end of the last job, he told me he had run out of room in his van to take away the garden waste he had created. He promised he would go to the recycling centre and come straight back. 5 hours later, he had still not returned. When I contacted him, he promised to come back "first thing in the morning." The following morning, he didn't show up. At 11 a.m. he messaged me saying he was on his way to the recycling centre and would come directly afterwards. Six hours later, he still hadn't arrived, hadn't replied to my messages, and completely ghosted me. What makes this even more frustrating is that he knew well in advance that I was moving out of the property within the next couple of days and urgently needed the garden finished so I could hand the property back in good condition. Despite knowing this, he left behind far more garden waste than would fit in my garden waste bin. The next collection wasn't for another two weeks, meaning I had no choice but to pay another gardener £120 just to clear up the mess he left behind.

Regular Garden Maintenance and Patio Cleaning
They were very quick to respond, I got 2 quotations, one for getting my gardens into a maintainable state and then for regular maintenance. The first part was achieved on the first visit and we are now into the regular maintenance part, which will commence on this coming Monday, until now I am quite pleased with the outcome.
