Very good service and very reasonable cost - other than increasing the price after quote. This was for waiting to start job after rescheduling last minute and couldn't make previously agreed time.
Leakage inspection and repair
James came around and told us what the problem was. He went ahead to purchase the parts and installed them. The leak has gotten worse since he left that we had to be locking the whole tap. He is asking us to re quote the job and has refused to come have a look because he is paid. This is unfair and the height of unfair treatment.
