We work with both commercial and residential sector aswell as running maintenance and refurbishment contracts up and down the UK from Scotland to Devon.

We work closely with three well branded student accommodation companies within the UK along with many estate agents.
We will always strive to give you the best quality of works and the best advice we feel is relevant to the works your thinking of carrying out.

All works are guaranteed for your piece of mind.
We are DBs checked and have £2000000 of public liability insurance in place with direct line.

On any works we accept to complete we do take a booking fee which is deducted from final balance.
If you cancel before the works have started the booking fee is non refundable as it's our time slots that's then wasted.
If we're behind schedule upon when we are to start your works we will notify yourself and keep you updated and will offer another date to be started within a week.
This is a guidance as sometimes works can throw up something that either is customers extra request or an issue has arisen that wasn't accounted for.
