All painting quotes include sanding and appropriate applications of primer etc
If you require a price not sanded please ask
All decorating quotes come with a fixed price quote
All other types of work including damp come with 1 year warranty on your invoice/estimates specifically relate to the activities undertaken any additional work would be discussed before going ahead with and completing ,usually unforeseen circumstance
Work from 11am till 6pm this may include picking up materials
