Plasterboard and Skim Basement Room
Sam was very proactive and good at communication from start to finish of Job. He has gone above and beyond to complete the Job i have given him and at every stage kept me informed about the progress and pics sent at the end of the day. Hardly i needed to visit the job site once he started the job except where we discussed few things which were uncovered on the way. Price quoted was very reasonable ( compared to other Quotes ) and he has completed job in the time scales agreed. I have even given him extra jobs after the initial job completion and only due to the quality of work done. He is very polite by nature too which made it reassuring to discussing any changes and agreed for any changes. Job time lines ( 1 month ) - Big project on a commercial premises which needed complete rip off of existing internal structure/breaking tiles / flooring / repaired stairs / revamped the whole site. I certainly will use Sam again for the next job and I can trust he gives me good price and great quality. Thank you Sam !

Sam quoted for a job, once there we agreed on extra addtional things he could do and fully paid him for them, the work was at a childrens nursery, Sam never finished and didnt turn back up after being fully paid he disappeared, this shows someone character when paid in good faith and did this in a childrens centre.

Sam is polite, professional and respectful of property and myself. He has done a wonderful job decorating my home and has made every accommodation necessary for me as a disabled person. His work ethic is outstanding and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is skilled in decorating, carpentry, laying floors as well as other areas. He is by no means a jack of all trades, but professional and skilled. His rates are competitive and I feel very satisfied with the work completed and the price paid. 10/10
