Deep Clean and Regular Biweekly Cleaning
Booked a deep clean for 10am on 8th, with £50 bi weekly cleans to follow. I was told this would be a £90 deep clean by 2 people & take 3 hours (it's a flat with 1 bedroom to clean) 2 people arrived at 1030 for an hour, with only 1 from 1130-1320 (minus a 15min cig break). The floors & skirting boards were cleaned & the kitchen & bathroom given a once over; as far as I can see that was it. I paid £90 invoice upon receipt as this job was booked following my dog being PTS & I was emotional as a result. The next day having seen that in the bathroom the toilet hadn't even been cleaned, much less the shower or anything else I contacted to cancel any future bookings. £30 was reimbursed as this was thought to have been mistakenly done as a regular standard clean. The cooker hood hasn't been touched, appliances weren't even wiped. I offered a post clean inspection due to the standard but everyone was too busy. So I'm £60 out of pocket instead of £90 but I have essentially paid someone £60 to throw a vac & mop round & wipe a couple of surfaces & have to do it myself anyway. I guess it's my own fault for paying an invoice before doing a proper inspection.

While we always aim for punctuality, there are rare occasions where factors outside of our control—such as traffic or delays earlier in the day—can impact arrival times. We understand this can be frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused by the 30-minute delay. Regarding the post-clean inspection, we do our best to accommodate these wherever possible. However, due to a fully booked schedule and commitments to other customers, we were unfortunately unable to return at that time. Our diary often runs back-to-back, which reflects the level of demand for the service we provide. We take pride in delivering consistently high-quality results and in resolving concerns fairly, which is why we acted quickly to issue a refund. We’re disappointed that this hasn’t been reflected in your review, but we do appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to improve wherever we can.

Really pleased with the service. The flat had got on top of me and they gave it a proper reset, which I really appreciated. They were friendly, worked hard, and got through a lot in the time.
