It was all going well until after Brad had fitted the loft hatch and gone. The original quote of £400included a loft hatch retailing at around £201. Due to my error in description he said the new hatch would be £40 less, whereas he fitted one retailing at around £45. I had stupidly paid the balance after deposit and asked him to refund the £115 difference. Guess what the answer was!
