Repair Leaking Roof of Extension
South Star Roofing Ltd (formerly known as MS Roofing Specialist) fixed a leaking extension roof in February 2025. Their first quote for the work was very competitive, but once they began to fix the roof, they identified "additional issues" that they said needed fixing, which doubled the cost of the work. The roof was leaking again within 7 months. I contacted them in December 2025 to come and find out why the extension roof was leaking again and to fix it. They made an appointment on 5 January 2026 but did not turn up and did not respond to my message asking them when they would come to fix the problem. In my view, this is an unreputable company that does not guarantee the quality of their work or care about customer satisfaction. I have since asked another roofer to fix the leak who identified several broken tiles that were probably broken by South Star roofers and not replaced.
