Replace Rotted Bathroom Floorboards
Shane as the company director/owner is friendly, easy to deal with, gives you a fixed price quote and sticks to it. He is fair, goes out of his way to resolve issues and satisfy the customer. I expierienced a little lack of planning which i think would make jobs a little smoother, the lino was ordered on the day of works after we asked to have a choice of finish. Shane ensures he delivers as promised non-the less. Overall finish and quality was good, I would prefer to see better focus on method, it all seemed a little rushed, rather than bashing over old nails etc, pull them out. He resolved the bathroom floor rot, replaceing the joist (cust supplied) and boarding with sheet material, then overboarding with leveling ply and finally fitting the lino. He also identified the root cause and at extra cost resolved some plumbing issues identified on a further visit. I felt the pipework was functional but not the tidyest. Overall though, I definately would and have used his services again as he is fairly priced if not a little overambitious on delivery in a day, but somehow achieves it at pace!

Lay Brick Base for Greenhouse
Shane quoted a reasonable price for the job and was quick to pop out for a look. He offered to get the work done quickly which was great. The brick base is now ready for us to re-assemble the green house. As always, it is only fair to both parties to explain exactly what you want so that no false assumptions are made. Replace Broken Wooden Front Fencing
Shane and Carl carried out an excellentj job removing a very large growth of ivy and the broken fence underneath and replacing the fence and gate. They also cut back a very overgrown hedge to a resonble heght. Will definitely use again if I have any more work to be done.

Shane and his team carried out a path install and some other associated works. Shane communicated well before, during and after the works, which were carried out in a timely manner and the project left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in using Shanes services again.

We highly recommend this firm. They were punctual. super helpful, efficient, tidy and did an excellent job. You Shane and Luke were a pleasure to have on site - both very polite, thorough and hard working. They completed the job on time, on budget and to a high quality.
