Hi, we are smtbuildinglandscaping. It;s me and my dads company. its been up and running for 3 years now. we are a family company . John (dad) shaun (son) John is a bricklayer/stonemason he has been on the building sites since he was 16 so a long time. Son shaun worked for a building company for many years/ fencing/groundworks and cutting out and re-pointing/ wall ties. Went to Newcastle College for 2 years from school doing a roofing apprenticeship. The roofing company wend bust, so i got a job on site's (miller homes) being a piecing up bricklayer through my dad. So we have a lot of experience in construction work. Thanks smtbuildinglandscaping

Shaun arrived when promised, discussed the job fully and gave a very competitive quote. As a result, I also asked him to do a small fencing job. He and colleague worked non-stop on a very hot day, Shaun is very thorough, has good attention to detail, also excellent at making practical suggestions. Nice to get someone so positive, polite and cheerful. Would recommend him to anyone.

Great job. Shaun is knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. Excellent repair job to my chimney. Left the property immaculately clean when finished. Wouldn’t hesitate to use SMT anytime in the future.

Repair External Wall Pointing and Coping
Shaun and his team worked really well together and did a great pointing job on my house wall. They also did one or two smaller repairs that I needed doing and went the extra mile.. They were friendly, professional and courteous. Left the workplace clean and presentable. I would definitely recommend this company.
