Contacted me promptly to arrange a visit to assess for a quote and then offered a convenient and quick time to carry out the work once the quote had been accepted. Kept to promised timings and costings and left the site clean and tidy once the job had been completed. Good service all round.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Lee came and assessed our saniflow / macerator. He firstly suggested unblocking it which I know not all plumbers would attempt. Unfortunately the pump was faulty so the next day he came back and changed it (He advised me which unit to get & where to collect it from). This was on a saturday & sunday with me putting a call in on the Friday so it was all done as quick as possible. I would recommend & use them again. Thanks Jason NW3
