Simon didn't even turn up as agreed. I contacted him a few weeks later as to be honest I completely forgot because I heard nothing from him. Arranged another date and he was 30 mins late with zero contact stating he be another 15 mins. So I told him to forget it. He is obviously not reliable and doesn't care about the customer, there needs or the fact we are the ones paying him. I would rethink if I was you.
