This person does not have a plumbing skillset. He has no work ethics or integrity whatsoever. He is totally unreliable and his communication skills are nonexistent. He never turns up when he has said he would and has so many excuses I could write a book. Please please DO NOT USE HIM no matter how small the job as he will ask for funds upfront but not purchase anything that is required. He is a rogue trader and should be removed from this website. His details show two different names so be careful he is currently using the name Nick but is also known as James Wynne. I have contacted Trading Standards and they are raising a file to investigate this matter.
Complete Small Bathroom Refurbishment
Completely unreliable tradesman DO NOT use Nick! Quoted, took deposit didn’t turn up. Not replying to messages after making crap up about being ill, gave him time just in case it was true but still nothing. Now not heard from him in 2 month and still got my money. Have 3 kids times are hard now, had to borrow money from family to get new bathroom and still nothing from him. Pls reply to this review Nick because nothing you can say will be true. Still doing jobs, still getting good reviews don’t know how. STILL WAITING for my money back! I liked the guy but seems my judgement was wrong!

Nick is friendly & very knowledgeable about his trade. He has done a very neat job of replacing my bath taps. Nick was happy to answer any questions & gave great advice! Nick is very respectful of peoples property & cleans up after himself. I’m already planning on having nick back in the new year to replace my kitchen tap! Thanks again Nick 😀

Smart PlumbingWe are sad you feel this way. Can we just state the facts here. Your job as your daughters house is fully completed as per the original works. Of which your daughter was very happy with. Yes unfortunately one of my colleagues did damage a couple of things. I returned the next day to view these damages and agreed to pay for them. In the meantime you were holding the entire cost of the final balance back of ehich we thought that was very unfair. We are in constant contact with your daughter And are returning to suplly and install a new bath panel and replace the vinyl flooring. So this review is completely not accurate at all.
