Relaid loose slabs, regrouted, soakaway drain and soldier brickwork to circular patio,,, job done within a week of contact, quite tidy and efficient.
Shed Base and Construction Quote
My overall experience with this service was far from pleasant to be honest. The initial phone call and planning for the job was smooth but there were a lot of communication gaps and delays when the job was commenced. This job took longer than it should have to be completed. I had to basically send messages asking if he would should up when I notice he was not coming on a day he said he would come. While the shed build was completed, it was not the same as the picture that was sent to me and we were under the impression that we were getting the same thing. The shed works and it is the size that was discussed but professionalism was very much lacking in this project
Smart fix property maintenanceI was given the sizes of the shed base by the customer and the job wasn’t even carried out because it was just one big mess up with all the drawings they had so I paid them back their deposit for the materials and I just left it as that it’s customer’s fault That the drawings were wrong. I didn’t supply the shed. The shed was supplied by someone else but the job wasn’t carried out
