I found Sam to be very unprofessional. He was late for my appointment with no txt to say he’s running late, until I txted him first to see if he was still coming. He was over 1 hr late which inconvenience me, where I had to rearrange plans. He then took days to give me a quote, I had to chases him 3 times.. He never replied to txts until a day or two later? He then gave me a quote and said he would get back to me on Weds 8th Aug24, well needless to say I’m still waiting. I find him rude in his approach and inexperienced to dealing with customers. Needless to say I don’t want him to do my job now, as I’m all about customer service and being kept in the loop. Sam did neither , manners cost nothing Sam, if you didn’t/ couldn’t to do my job a simple courtesy txt to say sorry I can’t do this would have sufficed. Please learn from your mistakes!!!
