S&J Developments are a family run business, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and craftsmanship, we have a vast knowledge of the building industry and together we have in excess of 50 years' experience which means we can carry out many contracts wholly in house without the need to subcontract. This in turn allows us to be very competitive when pricing.
The majority of our work is word of mouth based and have many repeat customers; we are very friendly and will do everything to allow a project to run as smoothly and stress free as possible but also providing the attention to detail each individual project deserves. No job is too small or too big. Our accreditation in trades are City and Guilds and EAL qualified domestic installer.
Our main in-house skills also include Loft conversions, Garage conversion, Extensions, Total refurbishments, Plastering, Rendering, Artexting, Carpentry, Kitchen fitting, Tiling, Insurance work, Coving, Painting and decorating, Block paving, Property maintenance and ground works.
