The work was completed to a high standard this morning, which will allow me to proceed with my decorating project with minimal delay. I’m Chinese and I can communicate with him perfectly well, so if you’re worried about language or trust, don’t be — he’s truly dependable. At first, I looked for a builder on MyBuilder.com. One of them came to view my house but then completely disappeared. I tried again, both on MyBuilder.com and MyJobQuote.co.uk, but the builder from MyBuilder.com quoted me an unreasonable price — around £4,000 — even after I explained clearly that it was just a small job. That’s when I found him in myjobquote.co.uk. All he needed was a few photos, and he immediately understood what needed to be done. He only charged me £80 — which is incredible, considering that’s barely enough to cover petrol these days. Later, I asked him to replace a glass panel as well. Again, the price was very fair, and his work was professional and high-quality. He takes pride in his work and aims for 100% satisfaction every time. If you’re hiring him, I suggest listing everything you need done — chances are, he’ll finish it all in a single day, often without charging extra. From now on, I won’t be going to anyone else. He’s the only builder I trust. If anyone asks me for a recommendation, he’ll be the first person I suggest.

REmoved old damaged shed roof, removed canopy over barbeque and foxed garden seating which was rotting. Was here on time - early - and the work done was excellent. Worked without taking breaks and left the place clean and tidy - perhaps even tidier than it was before he began! Finished work was good and looked great. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Rectified the sloping faciabord back to vertical with no issues. Refixed guttering to correct gradient and no longer leaking at joint.
