I had a fast leaking kitchen tap that needed replacing urgently on a Sunday. Riz was really quick to respond and friendly. His quote was very reasonable. Came quickly to fix the problem, turned up exactly on time, and was extremely polite - even though we had a driveway he pulled in on the road then asked if he could park there. He wore a mask and shoe protectors for the visit, and turned up in uniform. The job was done thoroughly and quickly. Riz made sure he knew how we wanted the tap fitted (straight or at an angle), and once he was done he informed us that he had put in an extra control to allow us to turn off the water to the tap directly in case we ever needed it. Absolutely fantastic experience, a true professional - thanks Riz!

Very good service, bath taps installed within an hour and a half. The tradesman put plastic blue covers on his boots before entering the house which was nice to know he cared about other peoples living space. Only reason it’s 4 and not 5 stars is because I ended up finding a cheaper quote by £15, but it was a bit too late so I stuck by this company. Overall, tradesman was brilliant
