About
I’m an experienced plumber, carpenter and joiner. I have worked in the commercial property maintenance and facilities management industry for more than 20 years.
I’m just relaunching myself as self-employed, having relocated to Watton to be with my partner, and therefore too far away from my previous job in Wisbech where I was also the primary keyholder.
I have a knack for fault finding, and I often find solutions other people miss because they’re not obvious or they haven’t the experience. I also persevere in everything I do; if I can’t solve your problem immediately, I will go away and work on a solution.
I’m fully Enhanced DBS Cleared, including working with children and vulnerable adults. I have previously worked in schools and care homes as well as for large retail businesses.
I carry full Public Liability Insurance, Certificate available on request.
I’m always clear about my pricing and agree everything in advance based on an initial survey. I will also provide a time estimate where possible. I aim always to only do a job once, so I make sure everything is working properly before I leave you.
I have done most common property maintenance tasks over my 30 plus years in business.
I don’t subcontract work out because I can’t rely on the quality of the work if I do.
