Had problematic tenant who would not allow installation. William was understanding having purchased the goods and not billed me yet. As soon as he was able to go in he was there and did the installation. A part was missing he was onto the supplier and will make arrangements for its install. He has been understanding and would not hesitate to use him on any of my other properties going forward.
