End-of-Tenancy Deep Cleaning Service
Worst company ever! False advertising. Completely incompetent. Left a whole in my attic floor then refused to accept responsibility. Left the entire downstairs virtually untouched. Dragged a mop over the visible parts of the floor & that was about it. Rude & unprofessional; swearing is atrocious. Claimed they do ‘Deep Clean’ regrettably wasn’t even a basic clean. Grease, stains, cobwebs, dust all left untouched. I was shocked, thought it was a joke. But Gemma (owner) actually said ‘we’ve finished’. Spare yourself the trouble & pain. Pay a little extra for someone professional who has manner, understanding & capabilities of fulfilling their advertised duties.
Shine Bright CleanersYou asked for a deep clean but wanted us to wash your dirty nets and curtains wanted us to clean all your gym equipment. 7 hours we was in that property you had no intention from the minute we got there of paying for the service. Your daughter intimidated me had me in the house shouting and screaming in my face because she didnt intend to pay the full price. The hole in the attic was already there as it was done by a power tool as none of us had tools on us to cut a square on the floor you was rude and aggressive to me and threatening while I was on my own and there was 2 and then 1 more came. You expected my staff to clean your belongings if they had got them wet or broke anything we would be liable dusting is dusting of shelves skirting boards window sills you wanted us to go outside and clean your windows and if anyone has any sense they wouldnt do work for you because you just treated us like slaves and cinders. Because I wasnt having it you became abusive and threatening
