Keter Shed Assembly Quote
Accepted a quote for assembling my shed - communication was all via text message. Job was for today and as a courtesy, I messaged yesterday just to confirm arrival time etc. Was told they had mis-quoted and when they looked into the job, actually wanted more than double the price stated. Apparently ‘the boss’ had left me a voicemail but I never received this. I questioned why (as all the coms had been via text) you wouldn’t just message me this information anyway? I had received cheaper quotes than the new price that I could have accepted. They’ve completely wasted my time & a whole day I had put aside. True professionals would honour the price they quoted in the first place as it was their error. A bit of a concern that they don’t seem to have much idea with pricing/ quoting. Total waste of time.

We did try to reach you a week ago but I was only able to leave a voicemail, we received no response and assumed you didn't wish to continue with our service due to the change in rate.
