Steven arranged to go and have a look at the lock the very next day. He called me later that day and let me know he had been able to adjust the lock and it was back in working order, he didn't even charge us for his time. I was very impressed with the speed in which he contacted me and the fact that he had it all mended the next day and the wonderful generosity he showed.

They were very courteous and understanding of the circumstances concerning my parents and went out of their way to help us. I cannot thank them enough for not only a fantastic job replacing a double back gate but were also kind enough to do it as soon as they could.
