Steve was polite and arrived on time, extremely personable and skilled, and in no time he fixed the leaking tab promptly but had to replace a part. He saved me money too instead of replacing the tap like others had suggested and woks on a fixed price so no nasty surprises. Highly recommend his company for plumbing and odd jobs

Rating should be in negative (-). He missed appointments for a week. Then came in one fine evening, took out shower tray and enclosure. He has not turned up since last 2 weeks. This was my only shower place, that means I have no place in house to take a shower. I have asked for refund, so that I can ask someone else to take this job. He has been giving multiple excuses but no refund. This is the third week, still waiting for a refund of £800.

The gentleman turn up on time as agreed on the day. Explained fully the issue, and expectations before any works began. He went to purchased the materials and satisfactorily completed the task within 1.5 hour. However, midway planned to carried out a temporary job to stop the tap leaking, as he couldn't turn off the main water supply, (Thames Waster stopcock). Not agreed initially - verbally. After much perseverance and conversation, turn off the mains, and installed a new stopcock and replaced existing lead stopcock with new 15mm stopcock, cut lead and fitted lead lock so new 15mm pipework and stop cock fitted. All works tested. Cash payment made on the day. Advised to contact Thames Water to replace or service the main water supply - externally. Overall works completed to a satisfactory level, The gentleman has been in the trade , as plumber more than 10 years.
