5 Stars – Excellent Service from Sam at Satcoms First. Sam came out to conect up my Freesat TV and did a fantastic job. I needed a new cable run connected directly to my TV, which wasn’t an easy task due to the awkward access. Sam took his time to assess the best solution and carried out the work with great care and professionalism. He clearly knows his stuff and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Really impressed with his attention to detail and friendly attitude – would definitely recommend him to anyone needing Ariel, satellite or TV setup work!

Fix Bedroom TV Internet Connectivity
Sam was responsive and quick to arrive. He identified the problem but unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed because it turns out my Humax is too old to receive upgrades, which is why it has lost access to the various streaming services. Not Sam’s fault but I now need to buy a new one. So he did what he could to resolve the issue.
