Urgent Pre-Move House Clean
Excellent communication from initially quotation, job specifics and price agreement, moment cleaning staff departed for my home, constant update on ETA incl accounting for traffic, communication with myself (I was not at home but my girlfriend and her daughter were) about where to park and courtesy of letting me inform my partner of their arrival rather than just ringing the doorbell. Cleaning team was unfortunately only commencing with one lady team member. But she worked diligently and instead of 2 hours her and colleague who joined after 1.5 hours worked for 5 hours for the agreed original 2 hour price. Carpets, walls and doors had stains and kiddies hand marks removed as requested. Including deep clean throughout esp detail and attention. Was given to fridge and oven. Clean out as family head on holiday for 6 weeks. This was all accomplished by 18.00 considering the request for same day one off deep clean was only put out 11.30 by myself. Vivian co owner of Samviv was the only contractor to take the effort to personally call me, email and respond via the myjobquote portal. Highly highly recommended firm to all clients esp consumer house owners as was my experience. Thanks again Vivian and staff. All the best. Simon, Harri and Lola.
