Sam was brilliant. Responded quickly and came straight out. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and worked through the various circuits until he could isolate where the main issue was. We will need further work as it’s a bigger job than we first thought, but Sam was able to return the main power on the day. Can’t fault him. Highly recommended.
