I would strongly advise against using this builder. Communication throughout the project was extremely poor. We were left with active leaks for approximately 10 days with little to no communication, forcing us to call emergency tradesmen at additional cost just to make the property safe and prevent further damage. The quality of workmanship was unacceptable. We later discovered a leak from the toilet, where toilet roll had been left underneath as a temporary measure rather than the issue being properly resolved. Electrical work was also not completed correctly, leaving us without downstairs lighting for several days and requiring us to hire another professional to rectify the problem. We were advised that a particular vanity unit would fit the available space. Based on this advice, we purchased it, only to find that it was unsuitable once assembled. As it had already been put together, we were unable to return it. The builder agreed to help sell the vanity and claimed to have found a buyer, but subsequently took possession of our vanity unit (worth nearly £350) and never paid us for it. Between the poor communication, unresolved leaks, defective electrical work, additional costs incurred to fix mistakes, and the loss of our vanity unit, this was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend this builder and would not use their services again.
Replace Garden Fence and Install Gate
Very pleasant guy, did the job to a good standard with no problems. Time management could improve but communications good.
Repair Broken Outdoor Tap Pipe
Samual was very quick to respond and arrived an hour later, which was excellent. He fixed the pipe, but unfortunately didn't replace the actual tap, which is still leaking.

He is very pleasant man and yes he took time for the natural wire to go through the bathroom and got in the end. He clean up after the work completed the job. The motion sensor is not perfect but l am learning how the sensor work!
