Samuel was absolutely fantastic. He came out to fix some electrical wiring for us and did an amazing job. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, sociable and easy to talk to. He communicated clearly with us throughout, explained what he was doing, and made the whole experience really straightforward. The quality of his work was excellent, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does. Professional, knowledgeable and a genuinely lovely guy.
