Sam and his team started work very soon after providing a quote. They worked very hard to get it completed and accommodated my suggestions, changes and additions generously. Sam’s communication was very good throughout the process; he updated my with any price changes and discussed all the options with me as they arose. The patio is now complete except a few extras that we asked for, and it is very beautiful, and even. If you are having steps built, as the customer I would recommend you think about exactly what you want in terms of height and number of steps as I didn't consider this until work started, which meant I needed extra work to get it how I wanted. We’re very happy overall with the work done and would be pleased to recommend him and his team. We’re really looking forward to enjoying our new patio in the summer weather. Thank you!
