We gave Sam the job as he appeared very friendly and professional. He treated our property with diligence and respect. He was always very approachable and we had some very good conversations while he was here. Professionally he is on top of the game. His work is impeccable and he gave us more than we asked. I cannot fault his work, We have invited him back next Spring to do the rest of our Bungalow. I have given several of his business cards to friends and family so I am hoping he gets more business soon. I highly recommend Sam Moony and his professionalism.
