I would like to introduce myself as Chris Sage. I have recently started my own company as a sole trader. I have over 15 years experience in the flooring trade and maintenance services and specialise in flooring and painting and decorating

Floor Laying –all domestic and commercial floors specialising in Cove and cap, set in skirting and sit on skirting installs.
Painting and decoration – internal and external
Basic plumbing – Changing of taps and sinks, cistern and toilet installs, bath etc.
Basic electric – 18th Edition wiring regulations covering mechanical to electrical safe installation of light fitting and changing of sockets etc. Installation of new circuits.
Landscape gardening – paving, fencing, decking, lawn laying.
Building refurbishment including putting up stud walls with various materials and general building works.
