Shane and his team did an excellent job building our single storey extension. At every process Shane helped us and went the extra mile. We now have a lovely addition to our house.

Hi, Shane Marsden and his team quoted for and built a 15m x 2.5m rear extension including large kitchen diner, large bathroom and new utility room on our detached bungalow over the course of a very wet 3, 1/2 months August to December 2019. We chose Shane out of 3 building quotes. His quote was the most comprehensive and itemised out of the 3. Listing Area clearing and surveying the site, digging footings, whilst liaising with building inspection and architects. Laying foundations, brick and block work, all timber and steelwork. Demolition of existing rear wall. Making structure watertight. All first fix plumbing and electrics. Fitment of 3 x velux windows 5m bi-fold doors, new upvc windows and back door. Final fit electrics lighting & plumbing. Plastering throughout. Fitting of new kitchen and utility including tiling and white goods. Fitting of new bathroom including tiling and new suite with walk in shower. Shane communicated with us all the way through the build, with plenty of invaluble help and advice. We stage paid through the build and he and his team were with us from start to completion. We can hand on heart definitely recommend Shane and his team to do a great job as he did for us.
