Remove Old Flooring And Install Laminate
I honestly couldn’t recommend Ryan Perrin and RP Carpentry more highly. From the very beginning, Ryan went above and beyond in helping me with my flooring project and made the entire process feel easy, supportive and stress-free. When he first came to quote, he was friendly, professional, incredibly informative and had such great attention to detail. He even got the seal of approval from my puppy straight away — so I knew he was the right person for the job! What really stood out was how much time and care he gave before the work had even started. He helped me double-check that the flooring I had chosen online was suitable, looked through links I’d sent him, discussed options with me, and even helped me visualise what different flooring styles would look like in my home. Nothing ever felt rushed or like too much trouble. His quotes were also really clear and easy to understand, which I appreciated so much. It made budgeting and comparing options feel straightforward and transparent. Ryan and his colleague Ollie then spent three days laying herringbone flooring throughout my living room, hallway and kitchen — which is not an easy install at all. Their workmanship was outstanding. They were calm, friendly, respectful, tidy, detail-oriented and clearly took real pride in what they were doing. The finished flooring looks absolutely beautiful and has completely transformed my home. Even when there were a few issues with the flooring materials themselves (nothing to do with Ryan or the installation), Ryan still went out of his way to help put things right. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine genuine skill with such kindness, patience and professionalism. I’ll absolutely be using Ryan again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality flooring or carpentry work. Thank you again Ryan and Ollie — amazing job.
