Will, Henry and team were very professional and went above and beyond. Besides repointing my chimney they took out a fireplace, which was a very messy job. They left the room pretty much immaculate! I would highly recommend them
Find and Repair Leaking Roof
Avoid Roof Doctor – Poor Workmanship & No Accountability I hired Roof Doctor to fix a leaking roof, paying £350 for the repair. They assured me the issue was resolved, but a few weeks later, after some rain, I realized the leak was still there—completely unfixed. I contacted them again, and they promised to return and take another look. However, they never showed up and have since stopped answering my calls and messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and money—look elsewhere for a roofer who actually stands by their work!
Roof doctorWe helped you the best you could do with your budget. I did explain there was other issues wrong with your Roof. You said no that would be fine and we was going to return and have another look but every time we contacted you he wasn’t there or he was at work or do you want us to come after work hours?
Chimney Inspection and Capping
Will responded quickly with a quote and reorganised his schedule to complete the work as soon as possible when, on closer inspection, it became evident that the work was more extensive than originally anticipated. He and his team worked hard and kept me informed throughout. This included photographs of the damaged areas and the eventual total removal of two old chimneys. I was very impressed by their friendliness, understanding and professionalism and would recommend their service to others.
Repair Fascias and Guttering Leak
I put my job up and within minutes, I had a response from Will and his team. He came out the same day and quickly detected why the roof above my front door was leaking. He was extremely friendly and communicative, keeping me updated throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you so much.
