Hi, we are Roland’s Building & Landscaping. We provide a professional, one-stop service for homeowners who value expert craftsmanship and total peace of mind. We are CSCS qualified, fully insured, and hold a valid Waste Carrier Licence.
We provide a complete service including labour, transport, and full legal disposal for building and garden waste. We manage your waste responsibly at authorized sites, ensuring your property is kept tidy and compliant without the need for skip hire.
Waste Exclusions: Please note that for safety and legal reasons, we do not handle hazardous materials, including asbestos, paint, or gas canisters.
Our Services (Supply & Labour Only):
We operate as a full-service contractor. To guarantee a high-standard finish, we provide both premium materials and expert installation. We do not offer "labour-only" services.
Bricklaying & Carpentry: Our core trade specialties. We handle everything from structural brickwork and private builds to bespoke timber projects and repairs.
Kitchens & Bathrooms: Complete refits and modernisations, managed to a professional standard.
Landscaping & Natural Lawns: We specialise in natural lawn transformations, including machinery-led ground levelling and premium turfing.
Note: To maintain our standards for natural, living gardens, we do not install artificial grass.
Fencing & Driveways: High-quality, durable installations to improve your home’s security and kerb appeal.
Efficiency & Reliability:
We own and operate our own machinery, ensuring your project is handled efficiently without the delay of hiring equipment. We specialise in projects with a turnaround of 3 weeks or less, ensuring your job receives our full attention and a quick, professional completion.
