Do not use this person at any cost, if you are vulnerable he will rip you off, this person got my details from myjobquote.com to plaster 2 bedrooms in my house which had artex walls and ceilings, he proceeded with the work and did not scrape the old artex, or use pva on the walls for the plaster to stick, he did not use beading around the edges of the walls, the woodwork, sockets and switches were covered in plaster and the finish was really rough. He also destroyed everything with dust as he decided to sand correct his work without any consideration for my health as a heavily pregnant woman or my children. Once the plaster dried it started crumbling away from the walls due to his negligence and incompetence, in the end the full job had to be redone and rectified costing me thousands, he is now ignoring all forms of contact, his reviews show he has done this to multiple people before , a joint investigation is now underway, be warned he is clearly not qualified. Rokib Ali I hope you are looking forward to civil & criminal proceedings.

Rok’s Handy-Man serviceI am very sorry that this lady feels this way. The price and detail of this job did not include scraping any artext. Her husband was almost constantly present through out the whole time I was working there. I have been a plasterer for many years and I certainly would not neglect using PVA. After the job was finished I explained to them leave the plaster for least seven days to dry and harden. However after two days I received a call saying the some of the plaster had fallen off. I attended the address the very next day and noticed that they had already stated to have skirting boards fitted. I explained that they had not given the plaster enough time to set and this was the likely reason a small portion of it had come away. I replastered the affected area, using PVA of course and explained once again that they must allow time for the plaster to dry completely. This they obviously did not do.As I mentioned before her husband was present the whole time and he was happy with work. Our only concern was her husband was constantly smoking despite the presence of three very small children and a heavily pregnant wife.

Shelving & Hangings
Had a really nice man rok today he came to put up shelves for us and I can say he did a fantastic job the shelves are brilliant very sturdy and strong and match the room he also did two extra jobs plastering free of charge if you need a reliable man rok is it I have no doubts I will be using rok again very lovely gentleman indeed thanks rok
